1) Nestlé India Limited, (hereinafter "Nestlé") is hosting a Program for 'Know Your Neighbours' called "Shake up summers" (hereinafter referred to as the "Program" for easy reference). 2) This Program is applicable for fans of Nescafé Facebook page-www.facebook.com/knowyourneighbours (hereinafter the "site")
3) The Program is valid for 3 days i.e. from 3rd April 2013 to 5th April 2013 (both days inclusive) (hereafter the "time period") and participation in this Program is optional & voluntary. The Program is available for the above time period only.
4) No purchase of any product of Nestlé is required for participation in this Program.
5) By participating in this Program, the participant expressly confirms and represents that he/she has read the terms and conditions of this Program and has agreed to accept and abide by the same.
6) Participation in this Program is open to all Indian citizens except employees and the family members of Nestlé, its Associate Companies, its Advertising Agency and its Media Partners.
7) To participate in this Program, the participant is required to click on a link which will be part of a Facebook post promoting this Program. After clicking on the link, the participant will be required to fill a form which will ask for his/her name, mobile number and postal address by following the instructions contained therein. The participant can submit his/ her entry only once.
8) Nestlé reserves its rights to cancel or remove any entry by any participant at any point of time, at its sole discretion. The decision of Nestlé shall be final and binding on this. Multiple entries by a single participant shall not be entertained, and disqualified.
9) At the end of this Program time period, Nestlé shall send the gift to the first 1000 entries, after considering the entries received from Nescafé Facebook site.
10) The names of the first 1000 entries shall be declared on the site.
11) Nestlé shall send the gift within 4 weeks' time from the date of declaration of winners.
12) Award of gifts is subject to the verification by Nestlé. In case the winner(s) is not reachable, Nestlé will reserve the right to pass on the gift to another participant without any further notice.
13) In case a participant is not contacted/intimated/declared as a winner, it shall automatically mean that the person's name has not come through in the first 1000 entries and he/she is not a winner.
14) Nestlé reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to deal with the selection of the first 1000 entries as mentioned above as well as the distribution of gifts.
15) Nestlé reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the Terms & Conditions of this Program at any time, without prior notice.
16) All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of New Delhi alone.
